Summary of report content

Healthwatch Greenwich reports on key themes in the feedback they have received in May 2022.  During this period they heard from 233 people.

 

The main themes covered in this report are:

  • Positive feedback about GP practices with efficient administration systems and staff delivering compassionate care.
  • Long telephone waiting times when trying to book appointments.
  • While eConsult has improved access for those who have access to and can use smart phones/laptops, it has created an additional barrier for some groups who may be digitally excluded.
  • Long waits in A&E.
  • Inconsistent experiences of maternity services.
