Summary of report content

Healthwatch Bromley (HWB) wanted to measure residents' experience of access to primary care services following the lifting of national lockdown restrictions.  They undertook a survey and assessed the information on GP surgery websites.  149 people responded to the survey.

The report looks at:

  • Awareness of different service delivery options
  • Action following an unsuccessful booking experience
  • Ease of booking an appointment online
