Summary of report content

This is an enter and view report from Healthwatch Oxfordshire of its visit to Eynsham Medical Centre on 9th February 2022. Healthwatch staff spoke to 8 members of staff and 6 patients on site. 

In general, the report finds the Centre to be good, with patients reporting being well-informed and happy with the care they receive. Some areas for improvement were identified, such as communication with more patients and clearer signage inside the building. It was also noted that administratio staff are struggling to manage a backlog of clinical records.
