Summary of report content

This is a report of Healthwatch Milton Keynes' enter and view visit to Linford Grange care home on 28th April 2022.

The purpose of the visit was to engage with residents, their relatives, or carers, to explore their overall experience of living in Linford Grange. As well as building a picture of their general experience, Healthwatch Milton Keynes also asked about experiences in relation to social isolation and physical activity.

Healthwatch Milton Keynes has visited Linford Grange 4 times previously, and raised concerns. However, it is now under new management and this report finds a transformation of culture within the home as well as the physical environment. The enter and view this time did not identify any significant issues.
