Summary of report content

Healthwatch South Gloucestershire reports on the feedback it received from patients, family and carers during quarter 4 2021/22.

This quarter they received 108 pieces of feedback.  Over half of the feedback was negative.

Over four in five pieces of feedback referenced access to services, and a similar proportion related to service delivery. Over a quarter related to health protection issues and most of the signposting was to NHS England regarding dental care.
