This report by Healthwatch Brent demonstrates the work completed by their team in the year 2021/22. It also highlights the views they have gathered between January and March 2022. The overall service ratings received in the year 2021/22 show that 35% found the services okay, 41% said they were poor and 9% said very poor. In the last quarter of the year, they received an increase in negative GP reviews from Brent residents, which highlighted that patients were still feeling increasingly unhappy with their GP surgeries. People highlighted difficulties in booking an appointment using the variety of methods available. This especially related to booking a face-to-face appointment.
