Summary of report content

In January 2022, Healthwatch Hull gathered 30 experiences of local Health and Social Care services. The experiences they recorded related to the following areas: Care Homes, Dentistry Practices, GP Surgeries, Hospitals and Mental Health Services. 

Most comments this month were in relation to Primary Care (GP and Dentistry) which had 14 pieces of intelligence and 43 compliments, followed by Social Care (Care Home and Home Care) which had 14 compliments

Much of the intelligence about GPs related to face to face access and long delays in getting through on the phone, including triage by receptionists.
