North Tees & Hartlepool and South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trusts have formed a ‘Group Model’ under the name University Hospitals Tees to improve healthcare delivery across Tees Valley, North Yorkshire, and County Durham. This report, led by the Healthwatch Tees Valley Network, summarises community engagement findings based on feedback from patients, carers, and the wider community.
