Summary of report content

Healthwatch Sheffield carried out research to gather views and experiences of young professionals in relation to their direct experiences of mental health difficulties, as well as indirect experiences, such as supporting friends, family, or colleagues.

The report highlights the type of support services young professionals access for their mental health issues, how they feel about telling others about their struggles, what helps them manage their emotional and mental wellbeing, and what are their biggest challenges when coping with mental health difficulties.
