In November 2021, Healthwatch Hull gathered 31 experiences of local Health and Social Care services. The experiences they recorded related to the following areas: Care Homes, Dentistry Practices, GP Surgeries. 

Most comments this month were in relation to Primary Care (GP and Dentistry) which had 8 pieces of intelligence and 6 compliments, followed by Social Care (Care Home and Home Care) which had 6 piece of intelligence and 6 compliments

Much of the intelligence about GPs related to face to face access and long delays in getting through on the phone, including triage by receptionists.
