Summary of report content

Healthwatch Luton report 6 case studies of people who have had their Covid-19 booster vaccine.

People reported finding the booking process easy and the roll out of the booster programme happened quickly, despite Covid affecting staffing levels.

Walk-in appointments seem to have worked well and it was felt by several people that there was no benefit to booking an appointment as that did not give them priority over walk in when at the vaccination centres.
