Summary of report content

Healthwatch Harrow report on patient feedback for the period October to December 2021.  During this period they heard from 550 people.

Key findings included:

  • Overall satisfaction with services increased by 7% this quarter
  • There were also improvements in sentiment in information, involvement and support, quality and empathy and access to services
  • Satisfaction with GP services has improved by 4% and with dentists by 6%.
