Summary of report content

This insight bulletin focusses on some of the positive stories Healthwatch Surrey heard about the things that matter most to people when it comes to their health and social care.

They heard that many services have gone an extra mile to support people with their needs. People found new processes, such as receiving a text from GP surgery with a link to book Covid vaccination convenient and efficient. Quick referrals by GPs to specialists was also very helpful.
