Summary of report content

In July 2021, Healthwatch Stoke on Trent engaged with approximately 7000 people through phone calls, emails, social media, website visits, and outreach events.

Of these 7,000 contacts, three key issues stood out: a shortage of NHS dentists, limited hospital discharge follow-ups, and queries relating to blood tests.
