Healthwatch Derby report on their achievements for the year 2020-2021.

During this year, 6,827 people shared their health and care story with them

8,507 people accessed advice and information online, a 160% increase on 2019/20

They published lots of small reports to service providers and commissioners covering a range of subjects including people's changes in choices  and behaviour during the Covid-19 pandemic, a homeless report, and virtual appointments and consultations.
