Summary of report content

Healthwatch Wolverhampton carried out a project looking at how and why urgent care services in Wolverhampton were used prior to COVID-19, during the pandemic, and following it.

An online survey was used, with 15 responses.

NHS 111 and Emergency Departments such as A&E were the services most commonly used.

The majority of participants felt they had been given appropriate care, and 73% of respondents rated their experience as 7 or above out of 10.
