Summary of report content

Healthwatch North Tyneside have reported on their achievements in their 2020-21 annual report. Over the course of the year they heard from 1661 people about their experiences of health and social care. They also provided information to 24,718 people through leaflets and publications.

Healthwatch North Tyneside have helped to work with partners to improve: 

•Access to digital services.

•Information about changes to services during lockdowns.

•How the vaccine programmeis delivered locally.

•How services are delivered as lockdown restrictions ease.
