Healthwatch Luton have reported on their achievements in their 2020-21 annual report. Over the course of the year they engaged with over 33,000 Luton residents regarding their experiences of health and care and spoke directly to 890 people this year in Luton, which they could review and measure impact on.

Healthwatch Luton published 20 reports about the improvements people would like to see to health and social care services. From this, 30 recommendations for improvement were made.
