Summary of report content

Healthwatch Reading have reported on their achievements in their 2020-21 annual report. Over the course of the year they heard from 215 people about their experiences of health and social care. They also engaged with 200 people via Zoom sessions ran with local experts on vaccines and responded to 201 emails from local people seeking help.
