Healthwatch Surrey have produced their insight report for December 2020.  This issue focuses on examples of positive experiences of health and care that Surrey residents have shared with Healthwatch Surrey during 2020.  They include positive experiences of all types of care, experiences before and during the Covid-19 pandemic and how the positive and compassionate responses by staff have improved their experiences.
