Summary of report content

Healthwatch Warwickshire conducted a survey with 1,117 to collect their experiences of health and social care at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in May - June 2020.

The report found that people accessed the information they needed, although some found it difficult to keep up to date, especially when information was not in easy read. People reported poor communication about service changes, concerns about treatment delays and managing conditions, and a lack of access to services or medication. It was found that the pandemic had had a negative impact on people's mental health and wellbeing.

No recommendations were made in this report.
