Summary of report content

Healthwatch Wiltshire's quarterly report covers activities between April and June 2020, including work on Coronavirus.

The report states that they engaged with 347 people who share their views with them. People reported access issues for pharmacies and GPs with reference to waiting times. However, virtual appointments yielded a positive response. Healthwatch Wiltshire reported that people were frustrated that services were not restarting. The Stay at Home message was easy to understand but the changes to rules were difficult to follow. People reported feeling lonely and isolated.
