Summary of report content

Healthwatch Tower Hamlets asked local residents to take part in a survey to understand what people in Tower Hamlets know about the COVID test and trace system and how it might be adapted to meet local needs.

117 people took the time to respond.

74% of respondents considered themselves to be ' quite ' or ' very ' informed about the pandemic and the local changes. The majority of people who considered themselves informed were of White/ White British ethnicity.

44% of survey respondents knew some details of the test and trace system, but a minority of people felt “confident” in their knowledge of it.
