Healthwatch City of London conducted a survey to gather views on the provision of services during the pandemic from 34 people.
They found that people generally had access to the right information to stay well. 57% of people reported that they contacted NHS 111 because they were unable to contact their GP, with 43% being referred to a GP as a result. There was a mixed response about how well the GP website was to obtain accurate information.
Healthwatch City of London stated that the report has been shared with a number of key stakeholders.
