Summary of report content

Healthwatch Stoke-on-Trent undertook an enter and view visit to Cauldron Place, a residential care home, on 26 February 2019. They wanted to check whether the home had improved since its inspection by the CQC last year which concluded that overall, the Home required Improvement.

Healthwatch concluded that the Home provided a safe and comfortable environment for its residents, especially now that it had revised and improve some procedures following the previous CQC inspection.

The report includes one recommendation about redecorating the administration area.
