Summary of report content

Healthwatch Greenwich report on their key achievements for the year 2023/24.  During this period:

  •  3,450 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with them
  • 24,208 people came to them for clear advice and information
  • they published 101 reports
  • They made a difference on a number of topics including maternity care challenges for asylum seeking and migrant women, experiences of Black and Ethnic Minority carers; carers experiences of reablement, working with local community leaders to identify community-led solutions to improve mental wellbeing support; working with people and communities to integrate co-production methods within the health and care sector; assisting over 200 patients to find a new GP with the closure of Clover Health Centre.
