Summary of report content

Healthwatch Bath and North East Somerset conducted a survey with 45 people to collect their experiences of services during the Coronavirus pandemic.

The report found that the majority of people's mental health and wellbeing had been impacted. People, generally, found information easy to access and understand, but there were difficulties getting information about GP access and hospital appointments. There was positive feedback about phone and video consultations. Most people were able to access the medication they needed.

No recommendations were made in this report.
