Summary of report content

Healthwatch North Yorkshire, the independent champion for people using health and social care services, has been hearing from people across the county about their experiences and the information they require during the COVID-19 pandemic. People have shared their experiences through our online outreach survey, social media, our website, by telephone and by email. Our volunteers have shared their own experiences with us, as well as those of their communities. We have also been speaking to voluntary and community-sector partners about what feedback they have been hearing from the public, as well as attending local service user and carer groups in online meetings.
