Healthwatch Hull asked members of the public to share their views and experiences of Health and Social Care services during March 2020.

64 members of the public reached out to us and completed our survey, they highlighted the following issues:

Access to appointments and services, staff attitude and communication, poor aftercare and treatment, missed / delayed diagnosis, GDPR issues, waiting times.

This information was sent to the local authority, CQC and Hull CCG to inform them of what we have been told.

No recommendations were made in the report.
