Summary of report content

Healthwatch Brent undertook an Enter and View visit to Willow House, a sheltered housing facility, as part of a programme of enter and view visits to extra care housing facilities.  The visit took place on 8 February 2019.

The visit looked at the care planning provided, health and safety, management of the facility, psychological wellbeing and engagement with residents, relatives and carers.  Residents were largely happy with the services provided, but wanted more co-ordinated activities and better performance by care workers

There were two recommendations aimed at the housing provider and the report does not contain a response.
