Healthwatch Milton Keynes Annual Report 2019/2020 is a summary of the activity undertaken for the year, it includes a break down of our finances and an overview of our plans for the coming year.

The highlights include our report on the experience of Young People relating to health and Social Care, and how the system could better respond to their needs - including how to promote services and information to them.

87% of the recommendations made to a variety of services and providers have been actioned and there was a marked increase in people contacting Healthwatch Milton Keynes for signposting and advice.
