Summary of report content

Healthwatch Brent undertook an announced Enter and View visit to Christ Church Court, a sheltered housing scheme on 11 January 2019.

Healthwatch Brent looked at the facilities provided, how residents’ care needs are assessed, the health and safety of the residents and how the housing provider engages with residents.  Whilst residents were generally happy with the services provided, they had some concerns about their safety which Healthwatch took up with the housing provider.

There were 2 recommendations and the report includes a response from the housing provider.
