Summary of report content

Healthwatch Lancashire report on the common themes in the feedback data they received in April 2024.  During this period they heard from 577 people.

Hospital services - people are waiting a long time for an appointment.  Some said their appointments kept being delayed or cancelled.

GPs - people reported difficulties in booking a GP appointment, but there was positive feedback about the care and treatment received

A&E and urgent care - there was mixed feedback about the quality of care and people reported long waits at A&E.

Dentistry - people cannot find an NHS dentist
