Summary of report content

In order to inform discussions in relation to Kent and Medway’s response to Covid 19, Healthwatch Kent, Healthwatch Medway and Kent’s User Forums are actively gathering feedback from the public and other organisations. Its purpose is to enable decision makers and planners to understand how people are coping during the COVID epidemic. 

This reports details the following themes Healthwatch found in their data: medication reviews, prescriptions & medication, withdrawal from services, feedback from staff, financial concerns, access to food, coping with social isolation and social distancing, PPE, confusion about when can and can’t go out, benefits of having more time.
