Summary of report content

Healthwatch Enfield undertook an announced enter and view visit to Eliza House on 24 January 2024. This was the third visit Healthwatch Enfield had made in three years.  They wanted to see if the care home had made progress in addressing the issues they raised in their 2022 visit.

The report looks at what had changed in relation to the following issues that had been identified in 2022:

  • The downstairs environment
  • The upstairs environment
  • General flooring
  • Condition of toilets
  • Odours
  • Lighting
  • Interior Decor
  • Towels and linen

All of the above had been addressed.
