Summary of report content

This report describes a return visit to Hillside Nursing Home in October 2019 after an initial visit was made in May 2018. It outlines a number of observed improvements in terms of activities, décor, staffing level and the outdoor space as well as access to doctors. However there were still some concerns that dental care was not routinely available for all residents.
