Summary of report content

Healthwatch Newham undertook collaborative assurance visits of Community Health Newham Adult Services with Newham CCG.  The aim was to involve staff and service users/carers, highlighting good practice and informing/supporting service improvement.

By the end of December 2016, they had visited five services: Continence, Diabetes, Cardiac Rehab, Tissue Viability and MSK.

The report sets out the findings of the assurance visits and sets out action taken as a result.
