Healthwatch Sutton conducted an Enter and View visit to Crossways Nursing Care Home in October 2019. Crossways offers nursing care, respite care and End of Life Care to up to 40 residents. 

Residents reported being aware of the manager and how they can help. Residents regarded the staff as helpful, kind and they have a good understanding of their individual needs. There was a mixed review about the range of activities offered at the home. Residents were pleased with the food on offer and the choice of dishes. Health professionals regularly visit the home to check on residents. Feedback is collected via a suggestion box. The relatives all agreed that the home is hygienic, clean and tidy.
