On the 12th March 2019, Healthwatch Doncaster undertook several Enter and view visits to Plantation view, Adeline House and China Cottage Care Homes.

This report details the recommendations and follow up findings for each visit to the care homes. They received a service provider response from each home. 

The majority of the recommendations made referred to improving how dementia-friendly the care homes were (such as introducing dementia clocks), and further encouraging residents' independence.
