Summary of report content

Healthwatch Suffolk reported on their activity during 2018-19. This included: capturing people's experiences of health and social care; shaping, influencing and improving local services; exploring the mental health and emotional wellbeing of local children and young people; gathering people's experiences of care at home; championing the voice of LGBTQ+ young people; working with other people and organisations, including the Care Quality Commission, to challenge and influence NHS and social care services; and providing people with information and signposting advice. The report also includes information about the work of Healthwatch Suffolk's volunteers, finances and plans for the next year.
