Summary of report content

In March 2019, Healthwatch Harrow reviewed the feedback from 62 people about their experiences of services at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH). They identified 376 themes in total but themes around staff attitude, quality of treatment and care, administration and levels of communication, and involvement and support scored the most. More than three quarters of the people gave a positive feedback about their overall experiences, reflecting excellent level of service at the hospital. The report outlines the findings from different parts of the care pathway which includes transport to and from the services, reception services, diagnosis and testing, clinical treatment and nursing, discharge care and follow-up services.
