Summary of report content

Healthwatch Sefton conducted an Enter and View visit at Trinity Practice, to see how the service was being run and to collect views.

They collected views from 5 people who were attending the practice as patients. 2 people mentioned they were able to see the same GP, which helped them to maintain continuity of care. However, three patients mentioned they did not know who their named GP was.

Due to the same sample size, Healthwatch did not make any recommendations.
