Summary of report content

This is an Enter and View report by Healthwatch Havering. Healthwatch representatives visited the Brooks Pharmacy. This work was done as part of a look at local pharmacies due to the plans to develop the services pharmacies can deliver.

The pharmacy appeared to be well-organised and able to meet patients’ needs. The patients to whom our team spoke were all 

very satisfied with the service it provided. 

  • The only recommendation that we wish to make is that consideration be given to installing a loop system for the benefit of patients who are hard of hearing or Deaf (or if one is available, that its availability be made more prominent).
