Healthwatch Bucks conducted an unannounced Enter and View visit, as part of a planned set of visits looking at the care provided, specifically around how the homes are able to support residents with additional needs.

Healthwatch Bucks visited Nicholas House, on 04/09/2018.

Nicholas House provides care for 25 residents. They spoke to 12 residents and 6 members of staff and observed a further 4 staff and 6 residents.

The summary of findings included: Lots of staff who seemed to know residents well; A huge range of activities, inside and outside the home, including many to promote physical movement.
