Healthwatch Bucks conducted an unannounced Enter and View visit, as part of a planned set of visits looking at the care provided, specifically around how the homes are able to support residents with additional needs.

Healthwatch Bucks visited Milton House, on 18/06/2018.

Milton House provides care for 6 men in a 12 bed house. Healthwatch Bucks spoke to 3 residents, 2 members of staff and observed a further 3 staff and 2 residents.

The summary of findings included: A bright, clean, spacious home where the long-term residents are supported with their choices within the home; Patient staff who treated residents in a respectful way although little conversation.
