Summary of report content

This report is by Healthwatch Leeds. The project looked at people's views of home care during a time of change by the local authority.

People were asked to take part in panel sessions from their own home using a virtual interview. A total of 21 people took part. Not all of the panel were receiving home care, some were relatives of people that were.

The report includes a large number of recommendations with further details under each of these heading areas.
