Healthwatch Liverpool gather information on people’s experiences of health and social care services and there are times when it is appropriate for Healthwatch Liverpool to see and hear for themselves how services are being delivered: these visits are called ‘Enter and View’, they are not inspections.

Healthwatch Liverpool visited Brownlow Group Practice on 25/07/2013.

The summary of findings of in relation to interviews with those that use the service, staff and observations. Whilst there were positive observations from this visit, for example about the activities organised with residents at and outside of the home, Healthwatch representatives also noted some issues that could be improved.
