Healthwatch Harrow report on key themes and statistics from feedback they received in quarter 2 2023/24.  They heard from 534 people in that period.

Overall satisfaction has improved by 3% this quarter. Feedback suggests people receive good quality, compassionate treatment and care on the whole, with good levels of involvement, communication, and support. Service access remains as a leading negative topic.
