Summary of report content

The following report provides a breakdown of the top service themes which received patient, user and carer experiences during July 2015. A total of 176 health and care experiences were shared. 91 were formally reported to them and a further 85 via there feedback centre. The period relates to 1 st – 31st July 2015. The key themes within each area is Hospitals, Care Homes, Dental and GP services.
