The following report provides a breakdown of the top service themes which received patient, user and carer experiences during September 2015. A total of 255 health and care experiences were shared. 123 were formally reported to Healthwatch and a further 132 via their feedback centre. The period relates to 1st – 31st September 2015.The key themes within each area is Hospitals, Home Care, Healthcare and GP services.
